Check it out! Margherita Maccapani Missoni just sent me some sneak peeks from the Missoni for Target look book. And she said I could share with you, my faithful! Every page is filled with textile knits in incredible colors from cardigans to shorts to long sleeved tops to mini-dresses. There will be more than 400 pieces, including luggage, home pieces and, get this, a bicycle! I can’t get to NYC fast enough and see this with my very own glass eyes. 28 days and counting…

OMG. Brace yourselves again. Missoni designs hotels and has a home line. Yep, you heard me right. Right now they’ve got hotels in Edinburgh and Kuwait. I mean… OMG. An entire building constructed from the best of the best in style. It’s built to feel like a home with the restaurant (kitchen) in the center like a real Italian house. Every piece of furniture, switch, button, decorative pillow, faucet, lamp, carpet, wall – you name it they designed it. Stripes, zigzags and a kaleidoscope of colors and patterns– People! Do you hear what I am saying?! Have I died and gone to heaven? I think so. Unfortunately, my immediate reality is this shelf that’s not doing any wonders for my porcelain butt. I mean c’mon, at least throw me a cool striped Missoni pillow to cushion it.
