Date Night
For my mom and dad that is. And my dad pulled out all the stops. And by all the stops I mean he put on a proper suit, tie and pocket swatch. He even called me in for my opinion. Soooooooo cute. He one hundred percent gets an A for effort… but the tie didn’t match. Instead of bumming him out, I suggested the skinny tie under the guise that it was Mom’s favorite. Blocked Again!
It’s official, we’ve got color-blocking fever here in Varese. Today, as I stood in the garden procrastinating before going back to my shelf life, I noticed beyond the many rows of shrubbery a girl in the distance wearing a vibrant yellow dress, blue shoes and a red bag while standing against a bright red wall. Missoni. Tell Me More
After our visit with Grandma, I couldn’t wait to get my hinged hands on some Missoni history. I already knew Missoni is from right here in Varese, but I didn’t know they’ve been here since 1953!
